Subscribing to "Red Check-in" Notifications & Emails
Overview: During the planning phase where request and trip reservations are being created, all the way up to the moment a passenger checks in at a kiosk, they are given a Go Status. Red go statuses for passengers can be very disruptive to base operations and getting an early jump on correcting the compliance issue can be the difference of an on time or delayed flight.
Helipass offers users the ability to subscribe to notifications and emails when a passenger receives a Red go status. Continue reading below to learn the different notification/email preferences available to you.
Each user can establish their Red Check-in notification preferences after logging into the website.
Once logged in, select the "User Profile" drop-down menu on the far top right of the page. This icon has a silhouette with your user name right below it. In that drop-down menu select "Preferences" which will redirect you to the Preferences page.
Currently, there are 3 options available for users to select and any variation of the 3 settings is allowed.
-
Red Reservation E-Mail - Receive e-mail notification any time a passenger reservation is given a red go status
