  • 1 x Wireless Keyboard
  • 1 x VESA mount for computer

Set Up Checklist

  1. Connect Power to the computer.
  2. Connect Ethernet to the computer or connect to wi-fi if not available.
  3. Connect power to the scale.
  4. Connect the serial cable to the scale, then to the computer.
  5. Place scale on the ground underneath or near where the computer will be mounted.
  6. Power on the scale.
  7. Mount computer to the wall roughly 4 feet high using VESA mount provided.
  8. Confirm that software is running and camera and scale are showing up.

Common Troubleshooting

To Power Cycle the Computer: Unplug the cable located at the back of the computer. Wait 30 Seconds then plug the cable back in. 

To Power Cycle the Scale: Hold the power button on the scale indicator until the screen powers off. With no weight on the scale press the power button again to power it back on. 

To Zero the weight on the scale indicator/kiosk: If a scale indicator or weight screen shows +/- weight on the indicator with no bags or passengers present, you can zero the scale by pressing the Zero button on the scale indicator. 

 "Unable to connect to server" warning message: The common cause of this message is a break in internet connection. Confirm that the Ethernet cable is still connected at the kiosk and is plugged into the wall. If trouble still persists contact Helipass support.
