Issues with Saved Arrival Presets
Arriving passenger showing up with bad Arrival Dates linked to past saved presets that never were applied
Reports that may cause issues if the passengers arrival date does not match the reservation date is:
- Printing of the Arrival Sheet from the trip movement tile of the left planning panel
- Proper assignments being used to generate the Forecasted POB Outlook report
- Proper assignments being used to generate the Future POB Assignment report
Understanding the issue:
The Worksite's Arrival Preset area allows the logistics coordinator to plan out the passenger movements and provide assignments to future arriving passengers. This allows for accurate calculations, accurate reporting, and accurate planning. On occasion, however, a passenger that had a reservation and assigned presets for the Worksite does not actually make it to the facility.
When this sort of situation occurs, the passenger's last Saved Arrival Preset Assignments will appear again as saved presets for the passenger's new reservation. The problem is that the Arrival Date field will continue to display the date the presets were originally saved rather than the date of their new reservation.
The website continues to display information for the Worksite user on the correct dates, however, this Arrival Date not matching the date of the reservation is causing issues in some reports. Specifically, there could be incorrect assignment information being displayed on those individuals Arrival Sheets as well as being displayed for them on the Forecasted POB Outlook and Future POB Assignments reports in the Custom Reporting area.
By displaying the date of the last time it was saved, it allows you the ability to spot someone with old assignments saved as presets that need to actually be updated for their new arrival date. If you want to keep the same saved presets for the passengers new arrival date, updating their Arrival Date to match the date of their new reservation will ensure proper reporting.
Arriving passengers with Saved Presets displaying an Arrival Date different than the date of the reservation may cause their Arrival Sheets and Forecasted Reports to display incorrect information.
Identifying the instances of old saved preset dates:
The easiest way to spot these old saved presets is by always scanning the Arrival Preset Arrival Date column to see if any passenger has a date that doesn't match the filtered date of your page.
By default the Arrival Preset section sorts the passengers by Arrival Date. So generally all passengers with the Arrival Date not matching the reservation date will appear at the top of the arrival list. They can also be spotted by the 3 blue lines in their Assignment status icon for their preset assignments.
Keep an eye out for any passengers in your Arrival Preset area that have their Assignment Status icon in the "saved" state when you know you haven't given assignments yet. Consider updating the Arrival Date to keep the same assignments or deleting the saved presets to make new ones.
Updating the Arrival Presets with mismatch dates
When you spot an arriving passenger with an Arrival Date other than their reservation date, you can either delete the old saved presets or you can update the Arrival Date to maintain the existing Arrival Presets you had previously saved for the passenger.
For a passenger that is transferring from one day to the next day, the logistics coordinator should confirm that those saved presets are still the ones to be assigned and update the Arrival Date.
Deleting Saved Presets (removes all presets and displays any default assignments the passenger has again)

Mass Delete of Presets (multiple passengers at once)
- Check the box to the left of each individuals name you wish to delete the old saved presets for
- Select the blue "Delete Selected" button at the bottom of the Arrival Preset section
- Confirm you wish to delete the selected passengers presets

Deleting individual passengers (one at a time)
- Select the eraser icon on that passenger's row in the Arrival Preset area
- Confirm you wish to delete the selected passengers presets
Confirming Saved Presets (keeps the same presets already marked applied by updating the Arrival Date)

Mass Update of Arrival Dates
- Check box to the left of each individuals name you wish to update the Arrival Date for
- Select the blue "Edit Selected" button at the bottom of the Arrival Preset area
- Update the Arrival Date to the date of the reservation at the top of the modal and hit save

Updating Arrival Date for individuals
- Select the Arrival Date field and update it to say the proper date of the reservation
There is a bug ticket that will be released soon to help prevent this issue in the reports from occurring. It is best to delete a passengers saved presets prior to removing them from all of their reservations.
In the event a passenger with Saved Arrival Presets is removed from all reservations on the current day, the passengers presets will still be accounted for in the Forecasted POB Outlook report and Future POB Assignment report until 11.59.
