User Registration (updated)
To register as a new user, navigate to the Helipass website for your respective region below:

For faster access to the site in the future, consider copy and pasting the exact URL above as a bookmark or favorite on your web browser.
Do not bookmark the hpgateway URL that appears when you land on the login page as that will lead to bad redirects in the future.
Most users have the option to register for a new profile in a number of ways.
To register as a Helipass user type select the "Sign in with Helipass" button on the center of the page. If you wish to register via Facebook, Google, or Apple SSO options, select the desired "Sign In with _________" option.
Some Helipass clients require their users to use the Single Sign On (SSO) method associated with their company. Registering under a SSO provide may take additional steps and the tenant administrator should provide those steps for registering.
When registering with a Helipass user account, the first screen you see will prompt you to sign in. Select “No Account? Create one” to begin creating your account. Enter your email address, and we’ll send a verification code to your inbox. After entering the code, complete the form with your personal details and create a password. Click Next, review your information, and confirm to finish your registration.
After hitting the blue "Register" button, you will then be redirected to the screen for the specific company you need access to and the specific user type you need.
There are two options under the User Type drop down; Focal Point and Helipass.
- Helipass user type will allow proper permissions for the different modules in the site
- Focal Point user type would be appropriate for 3rd party vendors who are requesting access to view their specific company's passengers and edit their profile information
The tenant administrator will need to assign permissions for the user's before they will be granted access into the site.
