Overview: This document is to help guide you through adding individual passengers to the On Demand list in the new drug screening module.

Log into Helipass and navigate to the Security Rules page under the Security tab at the top of the page.

Once there, select the pen and paper icon button on the top left and then select "New Rule."

Selecting this button will open up a window for you to create the rule. To add passengers to the On Demand list, select "Passenger" from the Condition drop down list.
Here you can name the label, set the % chance, and if you wish to stop on hit.

Select the blue text below the condition that says "Configure List" to add passengers to this security rule condition.
This will produced a window within the window that allows you to search for passengers by name or company.
Once you have identified the passenger you wish to add to the list, select the "Add" button to the right of their name to move them to the Selected Passengers list.
If you wish for passengers to only be selected once and then removed from future test under this rule, put a check in the "Remove passenger after next flag."
Unchecking this box will cause the passengers on the list to be screened at every check-in.

When you have added the desired passengers to the list, hit "Done" followed by "Save."

Once the passengers on the list have checked in (if the "Remove passengers after next flag" box is checked), a line will appear through their name to represent that they have been screened.

Passengers with a line through their name will not be tested under this rule again. If you would like them to be tested at a different time, delete them from the list and add them again.
