How-To: Add a new passenger to the Follow Up list
- On the main Helipass website click the "Security" option at the top of the page
- Within the drop down menu select the "Drug Screening" option
- You will be presented with the drug screening window
- Select the tab "Return to Duty"
If you do not have edit permissions you will only be able to view the list
- under "Add Personnel" use the search bar to locate the passenger you wish to add to the list; then select the "Add" button (highlighted blow)
Based on feature set your passenger tiles may contain different information
- Once "Add" has been selected you will be presented with a pop up to fill out required information (below)
- Fill out the fields in red and select "Save Recurring"
- The passenger will now be added to the Return to Duty screening list (Below)
