How-To: Add an unregistered passenger to the "No Access" list
Overview: This guide will instruct you on how to add a passenger not currently located in the Helipass system on to the no access list
Unregistered passengers are difficult to match and may result in an increased number of false positives, we recommend passengers have a profile created in the system with any relevant information so they may be added to the registered no access list.
To access the no access list locate the "Security" tab at the top most section of the page and select the "No Access" option from the menu
Once on the "No Access" page the leftmost column will be registered, if you wish to add a passenger locate the "Add Unregistered" button
In order to Edit an unregistered passenger search for the passenger and select the "Edit" option; following menu items will be the same
Once selected this will allow you to enter a passenger's First, and Last name, ISN#, and DOB.
Select Save once completed
please populate as many fields as possible for the best chance of matching someone
