Installation Guide for the Helipass Passenger Mobile App
This document is to assist in the installation of the Helipass Passenger Mobile application for both IOS and Android opperating systems.
Go to your devices respective app store and search for "Helipass Passenger Mobile." The Helipass Passenger app will display one of the two icons below depending on your operating system.
Once the application is installed on your device, you will need to sign up for a Helipass profile.
To do this, select "SIGN IN."
This will redirect you to the Helipass website in your browser where you will need to select "Register" at the bottom of the screen.
If you have already created a Helipass user account and are trying to sign in to the application, simply enter in your username and password before hitting "Sign In."
Enter in the required fields and select "Register" when done.
This will redirect you to another information validation screen. Verify that the information is correct and then hit "Register" again.
This will send an email verification link to the email address used. Until the email address is verified, no information will be present when you log into the app.
To properly link your Helipass user account to your passenger profile, the email address has to match the email address provided at the kiosk. If your email address on your passenger profile does not match, it can be changed during the next check-in, or reach out to your tenant admin or Helipass support to make the adjustment.
Note: After the change is made in your passenger profile, you may need to sign out and back into the app for the changes to take place.
An email will be generated and sent to your email account. Locate the email and select the "Verify Email" button. This will redirect you to a screen that shows the verification was successful.
Once you have verified your email, return to the application and sign in. You can then select for your username and password to be saved for future app logins.
