Day-to-Day Activities That Can Affect Helipass Mobile

When managing trips for day to day operations, there are certain items that will impact the passengers' view of their trip and compliance information.  Be aware of the items noted below.

Helipass Mobile gives passengers access to the following trip information.  If any of these items are changed, the passenger can see the change in their app:

  • Origin
  • Destination
  • Estimated Departure Time
  • Estimated Arrival Time
  • Trip Status
  • Passenger Status (Reserved, Checked In)

In addition to changes to trip information, the following passenger profile information is available through the app.  Changes to this information will also be visible to the passenger in Helipass Mobile:

  • Identification type, and expiration information
  • Course type, and expiration information
  • Passenger status information
    • Including status color and out of compliance reasons










Helipass Location Information Used by Helipass Mobile

Helipass Mobile keeps passengers informed using information contained in Helipass.  For the best passenger experience, there are certain items in Helipass that should be kept up-to-date so the mobile application's information is always accurate.

These items are primarily located in the Location Information section of the site.

To reach this section select "Assets" -> "Locations"

The highlighted fields below are used in the Helipass Mobile trip information screen.

The "Location Notes" field is used to provide location alerts ("blue alerts") in the Helipass Mobile app.
