How-To: Add a Waiver Request from Personnel Page

Overview: Passengers who are flagged for not being in compliance with the company's guidelines can be waived by proper authority. In this guide, we will go over how a waiver request can be generated and sent for approval.

  1. On the main Helipass website click the "Personnel" option at the top of the page.
  2. Locate the passenger to be waived using the search box.
  3. Select the passengers name to bring up the Personnel Profile.
  4. Click on the "Reservations" tab in the profile.

Please be aware, if the passenger does not have a travel history, and is not currently on a flight the Reservations tab will not be displayed

  1. On the reservations tab, locate the passengers trip needing a waiver and select the Icon to pull up the reservation profile for that trip
  1. Once the button is clicked, a Reservation Profile window will pop up.
  2. Select the "Waiver" tab along the top of the window. (Bullet #1)
  3. To submit a waiver request, first select the check boxes next to the areas marked in red. (Bullet #2)
  4. After checking the "Waive" box, select a reason from the drop down menu. (Bullet #3)
  5. Towards the bottom of the window you will required to input notes and given the option to attach files. (Bullet #4 and #5)
  6. By clicking "Save", the inputted information will be saved in the users profile and the waiver request will be sent to the designated approver. (Bullet #6)
