As part of our compliance package you can apply waivers to passengers to allow them to proceed while still being out of compliance. During waiver creation you will be asked to specify a waiver reason, these should be a high level grouping of the potential reasons a passenger may need a waiver. Tenant admins can add a new or remove waiver reasons right from the website, please follow the guide below for instructions on adding a new waiver reason.

Navigate to the "Settings' menu and select "Waiver Reason" (Shown Below)

On the "Waiver Reason" page select the "Add Waiver Reason" button to the right of the search box

You will see a new menu appear that allows you to input a "Name" of description of the waiver reason, along with the waiver type you would like this reason to be associated with. Once the details are completed you may select the "Save" button
