User Registration
To register as a new user, navigate to the Helipass website listed below:

For faster access to the site in the future, consider copy and pasting the exact URL above as a bookmark or favorite on your web browser.
Do not bookmark the hpgateway URL that appears when you land on the login page as that will lead to bad redirects in the future.
Most users have the option to register for a new profile in a number of ways.
To register as a Helipass user type select the "Register" button on the center of the page. If you wish to register via Facebook, Google, or Apple SSO options, select the desired "Sign In with _________" option.
Some Helipass clients require their users to use the Single Sign On (SSO) method associated with their company. Registering under a SSO provide may take additional steps and the tenant administrator should provide those steps for registering.
After selection the method you wish to register, you will be redirected to one of the following screens. The 1st screen below will be displayed if you opt to register with a Helipass user account. The 2nd image will be seen if the Sign In with Facebook, Google, or Apple is selected.
After hitting the blue "Register" button, you will then be redirected to the screen for the specific company you need access to and the specific user type you need.
There are two options under the User Type drop down; Focal Point and Helipass.
- Helipass user type will allow proper permissions for the different modules in the site
- Focal Point user type would be appropriate for 3rd party vendors who are requesting access to view their specific company's passengers and edit their profile information
The tenant administrator will need to assign permissions for the user's before they will be granted access into the site.
