Helipass has recently made changes to our user authentication system that allows us to use single sign on through various customers internal IT groups.

With this change we have migrated Helipass internal profiles to a pseudo-external management system to properly integrate with our tooling. This guide will go over how to access your account settings if you are using a Helipass identity.

In order to access your account please navigate to https://hpgateway.phihelico.com please log in using your normal Helipass user name and password

Once logged in you will see the screen above.

On the top right side please select the icon with your user name.

From here you can

Update your profile - Change your name or Email address

Change your password - provide the ability to change your password from the site
