Genesis How-To: Edit ISN Status Rules from the Company Page

Overview: In certain situations, passengers may need to be exempt from ISN requirements. This guide will walk through the steps needed to set up the status rules so these passengers are not flagged for being out of compliance.

The "Edit ISN Rules" button can be found on the Company page of the website.

After selecting the "Edit ISN Rules" button, a pop-up module will generate.

The default will be to INCLUDE ISN for all passengers. Exclusions, as well as specific inclusions to those exclusions, may be entered.

The different components of each exception added are company, location, and reservation type.

A combination of these filters can be applied to each exclusion. The more filters added, the more specific the exemption cases will be.

Addition exemptions may be added for each specific reason, as well as creating a specific inclusion to counteract a previous exclusion.

Below is an example of the ISN being required for everyone EXCEPT Genesis employees who have a reservation type set to VIP Visit.
