Overview: Helipass knows that your company may have hundreds of cost codes built into the system. At the same time, most users only are concerned with a handful of them because they are generally location and operation specific.

To help make allocating cost codes easier, take some time to setup your most used cost codes as "Favorites" on your profile. Once cost codes are setup as favorites, they will be displayed at the top of most cost code drop-down list throughout the website. This can help you quickly assign those passenger and cargo reservations the appropriate cost codes without having to sift through hundreds of others that do not pertain to your location or that passengers.

Setting Up Favorite Cost Codes

To setup favorite locations for your user profile, you will need to log in and go to the top right corner of the page where it displays your name. Select the "View Profile" option from the drop-down menu.

At the bottom half of the page, you will see a box labeled as "Favorites." In the favorites box you will be able to select  between Cost Codes and Locations via the toggle. While staying on the Cost Code tab, scroll down the list and click the star to favorite a cost code (or to remove an existing favorite) to your profile. Upon refresh, these cost codes will then be listed at the top of the location list.

Once you have marked your desired cost codes as a favorite, they will then appear and sort the cost code drop-downs in many places across the website.
