Overview: Helipass knows that your company may have dozens, if not hundreds, of locations built into the system. At the same time, most users only are concerned with a handful of them. You now have the capability to setup favorite locations in the website on a per user basis. Once set, these location favorites will follow you through different areas of the website to help make location selections quicker. These favorites will sort many of the location drop-down list across the website by your favorites first. For example, when you are looking to add passengers to a request or trip, your favorites will appear at the top of the list.

On top of allowing each user to setup favorite locations, we will now allow you to set a default "Home" location. This "Home" option is brings extra value to those users who are using the Work Site area (POB) to track their personnel on board. If a home location is selected, you will be given the option to go straight to your home locations list of personnel rather than the Work Site List page. This home location will also appear as the very top of the location list.

Setting up Favorite Locations

To setup favorite locations for your user profile, you will need to log in and go to the top right corner of the page where it displays your name. Select the "View Profile" option from the drop-down menu.

At the bottom half of the page, you will see a box labeled as "Favorites." In the favorites box you will be able to select  between Cost Codes and Locations via the toggle. Once on the Locations tab, scroll down the list and click the star to favorite a location (or to remove an existing favorite) to your profile. To mark a location as your "Home," click the house icon for that location. Upon refresh, these locations will then be listed at the top of the location list.

Once you have marked your desired locations as a favorite, they will then appear and sort the location list drop-downs in many places across the website such as the follow:

• Cargo Check-In filters
• Request page filters
• Trip page filters
• Crew Management filters
• Adding a cargo check-Ins
• Adding items to a request
• Adding items to a trip
• Listed locations on the Work Site List page
• Crew Management

Other areas of areas of the website may also include the favorite sort now, or it may be implemented in the future as needed.
