Upcoming Email Verification Requirement

To enhance security and improve account reliability, Helipass will soon require all users to have a verified email address before accessing the system.

Why is this change happening?

  • Strengthens security measures.
  • Ensures password reset requests are delivered to the correct email address.

Who is affected?

  • Older accounts that did not complete email verification during registration will need to verify their email.
  • Most recent accounts are already verified and will not be affected.

What do you need to do?

  • If your email is not verified, you’ll be prompted to complete the verification process when you log in.
  • The process is quick and should only take a moment.

When will this happen?

  • The update will roll out in the coming weeks.

Step 1: Log into the Helipass system

Step 2: Send a verification code to your email's inbox when prompted

The email address that was used during your account creation will automatically be populated. If your email address has changed, was incorrectly entered, or needs to be updated to a new email address, you can update the email address before sending the verification code.

Step 3: Locate the verification code in your email's inbox

The email will come from "[email protected]". If you do not see it in your email's focused inbox, it may have been sent to your spam folder.

Step 4: Enter in the 6-digit code from the email into the Verification Code field and hit "Continue"

Once the correct verification code has been entered, your email will be marked as verified and you can continue into the system as normal.

Users that wish to check the status of their email address prior to the forced update release can do so by clicking the links below and signing into the system.

If the email address has a red lock icon next to it, you can send a new email verification link by clicking the refresh icon on the right.
If a new email address needs to be added to your account, type it in and hit submit to trigger the verification process for the newly entered address.
