If your company is subscribed to Helipass Service Port Automation, Pilot's portal information instructions can be found below. This guide will explain the web page access and functions within the Pilot's Portal and FIDS.

To access the Pilot's Portal, login to Helipass and select Service Port > Pilots from the menu bar.

Once in the Pilot's Portal, there are 2 filters in the top, right corner.

• Call Sign
• Service Port

Select the filters that apply to your location and role.

The page will update to your filters automatically .

Once your filters are applied, users are able to enter their:

• Maximum Outgoing Payload
• Maximum Incoming Payload
• Fuel Type & Amount
• Remarks

Once the details for Fuel Amount is entered, this will send a notification of the fueling requirements to the fueler's HPA device so they can take action on the next step of the Service Port Automation process and fulfill the request.

Prior to fuel being request, the fuel icon will remain RED.

Once fuel is requested, the fuel icon will turn YELLOW.

After the fuel request is fulfilled , the fuel icon will turn  GREEN.
