Flights offers a one stop shop for all flight information. Information can be found in 2 places. The top buttons which allow you to view quick information and lists such as flight status or lists of what is on the aircraft. The bottom row of buttons is for the management of the aircraft.

Passenger Management
Passenger Management can be used to mark your passengers as briefed and to check roll.

Baggage Management
Baggage Management Can be used to move bags from racks and carts to the aircraft.

Cargo Management
Cargo Management can be used to move Cargo from racks and carts to the aircraft.

To scan a bag first select "Check Bags" on the HPA device. Next select the barcode button to scan the Bag tag. Once scanned you should hear a confirmation beep. Here you will want to repeat the process and scan the barcode of the rack, cart or aircraft you are placing the bag.

Much like checking bags you can scan cargo by first selecting "Check Cargo" on the HPA device. Next select the barcode button to scan the Bag tag. Once scanned you should hear a confirmation beep. Here you will want to repeat the process and scan the barcode of the rack, cart or aircraft you are placing the bag.

Lookup provides a quick way to scan any Helipass barcode and find more information. To access this click on lookout on the homepage, then click the barcode button. This will open the scan function that you can use to scan the barcode. You will hear a confirmation beep, then information will be displayed.

They Security section is used to Check In passengers and to Check Out passengers once they have been processed through base security. In both cases you will select "Security" then using the barcode button to scan the barcode on the passengers boarding pass. If they are not checked in a scan will do so. If they are checked in a scan will preform a checkout.

Pilots can submit fuel requests from the Helipass website when they do you can see them here. Here you can manage and report those requests, by simply selecting "Fuel Requests" on the Device, then select the flight you are reporting fuel for. Here you can enter the amount filled and click save once complete.
