If your company is subscribed to Helipass Service Port Automation, Briefing Management's portal information instructions can be found below. This guide will explain the web page access and functions within the Briefing Management Portal and FIDS.

To access the Briefing Management Portal, login to Helipass and select Service Port > Briefing Management from the menu bar.

Once in the Briefing Management Portal, there are 2 filters in the top, right corner.

• Trip Status
• Service Port

Select the filters that apply to your location and role.

NOTE: The page will update your filters automatically.

Once your filters are applied, users are able to edit the following fields:

• Trip Status
• Departure Time
• Briefing Time
• Manifest Ready (checkbox)
• Remarks

Once the details for trip status, briefing time and manifest ready are complete, this will update the FIDS icons and status to inform the next step of the Service Port Automation process.

To begin briefing for a trip, the "Manifest Ready" checkbox must be selected. Only then will passengers, bags, and cargo can begin to be loaded into briefing, carts, or the transport.

Prior to any progress with Briefing or Boarding, the Brief and Board icons will be GRAY.

As passengers are being process through briefing, or scanned into the transport for boarding, the icons will be YELLOW.

Once Briefing and/or Boarding are complete, the Brief and Board icons will be GREEN.
