If your company is subscribed to Helipass Service Port Automation, Flight Coordinator's portal information instructions can be found below. This guide will explain the web page access and functions within the Flight Coordinator's Portal and FIDS.

To access the Flight Coordinator's Portal, login to Helipass and select Service Port > Coordinator from the menu bar.

Once in the Flight Coordinator's Portal, there are 2 filters in the top, right corner.

• Trip Status
• Service Port

Select the filters that apply to your location and role.

NOTE: The page will update your filters automatically.

Once your filters are applied, users are able to edit the following fields:

• Fuel Requested Status (checkbox)
• Fuel Complete (checkbox)
• Operation Status (checkbox)
• Remarks

Once the details for fuel and flight status are complete, this will update the FIDS icons and status to inform the next step of the Service Port Automation process.

Prior to Fuel request being filled, the Fuel icon will be RED or YELLOW.

After Fuel request is complete, the Fuel icon will turn and remain GREEN, referencing the checkbox from the above article.

Prior to Operational Status being complete, the Op. icon will be RED.

While maintenance checks are in progress, the Op. icon will turn YELLOW.

Once Operational Status is complete and aircraft is ready to depart, the Op. icon will turn and remain GREEN, referencing the checkbox from the above article.
