Keeping a passenger's course certifications current in his/her profile is essential to ensure passenger compliance and a speedy check-in. In this guide, we will go over how to edit a passenger's course information in their personnel profile.

1. On the main Helipass website click the "Personnel" option at the top of the page
2. Within the drop down menu select the "Personnel" option
3. Locate the passenger you wish to edit
   • The quickest way to locate a passenger is to use the search box at the top of the page to locate the passenger by first and last name 
4. Click on the passengers name to pull up the personnel profile

5. On the Courses tab, locate the course that needs to be updated for the passenger and select the "Edit Course" button on the right of the pop-up window (as highlighted Below)

6. Once you select the "Edit" button for the appropriate course, you will need to select a provider, if applicable, from the drop down menu and the certifications issued date and expiration date
7. When you are finished entering in the information for the course, select the "Save" icon located on the right of the window
8. If you do not wish to save the changes you have made, simply hit the "Cancel Edit" icon on the right of the "Save" icon
9. Repeats steps 6-9 to update additional courses
