This guide will go over the registration process if you have purchased a fixed scanner from Helipass

After logging into the main Helipass website, you will select the "New Profile" button as you normally would.

You will see a new button at the bottom called "Driver's License Scan"

Selecting this button will bring up a new box as seen below

Use the scanner provided to scan the lower barcode on the back of the driver's license

If the barcode was successfully read, you will see the first/last name, DOB, and DL Number populated on the initial lookup screen.

Select "Search" as normal to search for the passenger

IF the passenger has not been found you will be brought to the "Personal Information" screen, after a scan the "Company" will be the only required piece of information.

After the company has been selected you may select "Next" if additional information is not desired.

The ID screen will now display the license that was previously scanned, you should see the State, Number, Issue and Expiration Dates all populated for you.

From here you may select "Add" for any of the other forms of ID, if you are adding an ISN number you may scan the ISN barcode by selecting "Add ISN" then selecting inside of the ISN Number box and scanning the code. Once completed you will need to select the save button prior to selecting "Next"

You may proceed through the rest of the registration as normal.
