While we strongly encourage creating a single clean profile with accurate information, we understand that there are instances outside of anyone's control that may result in a duplicate profile being created.

For these scenarios we have added the ability to users to deactivate profiles from the website. A deactivated profile will no longer be available for use on a manifest or check in unless reactivated. Please follow the steps below to deactivate a profile.

Locate the passenger profile you would like to deactivate and select the passengers name.

Once inside the personnel profile, select the down arrow next to the edit button (Shown Above)

You will be shown a new menu with a few options depending on your permissions (Shown Below)

Select the "Deactivate" option, you will see a pop up asking for confirmation to deactivate the profile, select "Yes"

The profile will no longer be allowed on manifests or looked up for check in.
