How-To: View & Edit Manifest

Overview: This guide will explain how to view and edit the manifest for planned flights.

From Helipass title bar, select "Manifests" under the "Manifest" drop down menu.

This will bring you to a grid view of the scheduled flights for the current day. While in the grid view, flights can be viewed for a range of dates by selecting the desired dates in the "Trip Dates" field.

Plan

Populates the detailed view of a trip including; passengers, cargo, weight, and travel time.

Selecting "Plan" will populate the web page that is used to add passengers and cargo to a manifest. (As shown below)

Actions Drop Down Menu

Plan - Allows for the management of passengers

Copy - Allows making a duplicate of the trip

Edit/Actuals -  Allows for editing of trip details and entering actual details

Print - Allows for printing

Sign-In Sheet - Allows you to print a sign in sheet for a facility

Customs - Allows you to generate a customs manifest

Delete - Removes the trip

Actuals

Allows a quick selection for editing trip actuals in real-time or after the trip's occurrence. 

By clicking on the trip route, the trip details will populate.

Each destination has a POB refresh option to the far right side of the leg. By clicking the POB refresh button, the destination's POB movement window will generate.

In this window, there is a function to update and apply movements.

On the trip you will see a click-able warning label that will indicate if there are issues with the flight

The passengers and cargo that are added to the flight will appear on their respective legs on the manifest.

Passengers that have not yet checked in will have a yellow text to indicate we have estimated their weight

This estimation will be used in a total estimate on the bottom right of the summary under "estimated weight totals"

By clicking on the passengers name, their Personnel Profile will appear.

Body Weight, Bag Count, and Bag Weight are each shown as well as the total weight of each passenger.

Clicking any of these numbers on a non-checked in passenger will allow you to edit this information

If a cost code needs to be added to a specific passenger after he or she was already manifested, one can be chosen next to his name.

You may do this by either selecting the cost code, or selecting the plus sign next to the cost code

The type of passenger (ex. crew change, medical evac, VIP, etc.) can also be update next to the passengers name.

You may do this by selecting the text and selecting a new entry

The passengers reservation status is to the right of the passengers name and can be switched from "Reserved" to "Checked In" as needed.

Once a passenger is marked as "checked in" you will be unable to modify the passengers weights and other information

To the right of the reservation status is an eyeball symbol. Clicking this will bring up a pop-up window of the passengers Reservation Profile. This is where waiver request can be generated.

If the passenger no longer will be on the flight, click the check box to the left of the passenger name, then "Delete Selected" at the top of the manifest

Next to the location name for each leg there is a message box symbol. Clicking this allows a user to type in notes the will be printed out on the manifest.

Below each leg there is a line titled "Leg Summary". This line shows the totals for seats used, passengers and their total weight, count count and bag weight, cargo count and cargo weight, total weight being carried by the aircraft, ETA, and distance.

If a passengers destination needs to be modified you may select the destination and select a new one from the drop down list

To edit the passengers destination select the check box to the left and then select "Edit Selected"

If necessary you may select the company and update the information for the flight

If necessary you can select multiple check boxes next to passengers and "Editing", "Deleting", or "Transferring" all of those passengers

If a particular leg of a flight is manifested over its weight capacity, a warning will be generated at the top of the flight and that particular leg summary will be highlighted in red.
