How-To: Add a Request to Manifest from Trips List

Overview: After passengers and cargo are added to a request, they can then be added onto a trip. This document will demonstrate how to add a request when on the Trips page.

To navigate to the Trips page, select "Manifest" on the drop down bar at the top of the web page and select "Manifests". This will bring you to the trip view.

The page defaults to the current day's list of flights. If the flight is scheduled for a future day, you can adjust the date range under the "Trip Dates" field.

The Trip Dates fields allow a user to input a range of dates. If the beginning date is set to the future, the end day HAS to be set to that future date or beyond.

On the right side of the page, all of the flights will be listed for the date range selected. When you find the flight that you would like to add the request to, click on the tile of that flight. It will then become outlined in blue.

If the route of flight for a trip is selected, that flight's tile will expand to reveal more information about the details of the flight.

After the flight is selected, locate and select the "Requests" tab on the left of the screen.

The requests that are associated with the selected flight's destinations will be displayed. This view can be filtered to be listed by request name as well.

To add requested passengers and cargo to a flight, make sure the desired flight tile is select, the hit the "Add" button next to the name.

Once you select "Add", that passenger or cargo item will become grayed out and the "Add" button will disappear.

To show passengers and cargo that have already been manifested, the checkbox next to "Show Manifested" can be selected.

The checkbox to the left of "Show Only for Selected Trip" can be unchecked to get a list of all the request in the system, regardless of the flight selected.

Unless specified, passengers will show an estimated weight on each entry.

As the passengers and cargo are added to a manifest, the details on the flight tile will update automatically. To get a more in-depth view of these details, select "Action" on the right corner of the tile then click "Plan" to go to the manifest.
