Selecting "Plan" will populate the web page that is used to add passengers and cargo to a manifest. (As shown below)
On the trip you will see a click-able warning label that will indicate if there are issues with the flight
The passengers and cargo that are added to the flight will appear on their respective legs on the manifest.
Passengers that have not yet checked in will have a yellow text to indicate we have estimated their weight
This estimation will be used in a total estimate on the bottom right of the summary under "estimated weight totals"
By clicking on the passengers name, their Personnel Profile will appear.
Body Weight, Bag Count, and Bag Weight are each shown as well as the total weight of each passenger.
Clicking any of these numbers on a non-checked in passenger will allow you to edit this information
To the right of the reservation status is an eyeball symbol. Clicking this will bring up a pop-up window of the passengers Reservation Profile. This is where waiver request can be generated.
Below each leg there is a line titled "Leg Summary". This line shows the totals for seats used, passengers and their total weight, count count and bag weight, cargo count and cargo weight, total weight being carried by the aircraft, ETA, and distance.
If a particular leg of a flight is manifested over its weight capacity, a warning will be generated at the top of the flight and that particular leg summary will be highlighted in red.
