The POB Report is available for download in the Work Site area for that location. This report provides the viewer the option to download it in a CSV, Excel, and PDF format with the Excel and PDF versions having an option to include a separate sheet with counts and totals of the passengers on board the facility.

Both the Muster Point and Lifeboat exports are PDF documents that can be downloaded from the Work Site area. These reports will provide a sheet for each muster point or lifeboat selected which can then be posted in the appropriate area in case of an emergency situation occurring.

Everyday, passengers may be arriving or departing your facility on a manifested trip. On days that trips are occurring, you can now go to the "Print Movement" drop-down to print out the exports that list the arriving or departing passengers from all of the trips that day. As these passengers are arriving and departing, these exports can be used for them to sign in/out of the facility, write in weights for departing passengers, and keep for records.

When passengers are arriving at your facility, you may want to provide a printed handout that gives all of their assignments while on board. Not only does the Arrival Sheet give the user their assignments while on board, it also gives all of the configured notes and notices that are associated with the facility. This report can be ran from the Trips tile on the left side menu.
