Configuration of Projects
Passengers who are placed on a facilities Worksite can have a Project assigned to them via the Project assignment field. This project assignment, which up to this point has been a free text field, has now been migrated into the Asset Configuration modal for each Worksite location.
POB Users who need to add, edit, or remove projects from their passenger assignment options can now do so. If a new Project needs to be created, users will need to create it in the Asset Configuration modal.
Managing List of Project Assignments
To create a new project assignment, click on the gear icon at the top right of the Worksite page.
Click on the Project tab inside of the Asset Configuration modal. This will provide a list of all Project's that are associated with that location.
Within this tab, click on the "+ New" button at the top right of the list. This will allow you to enter in a Project name and if it is protected. Marking a Project as protected would restrict any user without the "Edit Protected Project" permission selected on their user profile.
To Edit an existing Project, click on the pencil icon, make your edits, then hit "Save".
If you would like to delete a Project so it no longer appears in your passenger assignment drop down menu, hit the trash can.
Deleting a Project from your Worksite configuration will only be a soft delete and it will not affect historical assignments in report.
Deleting the Project will remove the Project as an option in the Project drop down menu.
