POB - Custom Report Options

Overview

The Custom Report page offers reports that pertain directly to planning and tracking personnel for a facilities POB Work Site management. Some of these reports have been specially designed to provide a look into the future based on planned reservations for passengers. These reports have been strategically placed in the Custom Reporting area to utilize the automatic emails the reoccurring scheduled emails.

Configuring forecasted POB reports and setting up nightly reoccurring emails can help to ensure current copies can be tracked and documented. In the event the network goes down, the POB Planners can refer to the last emailed copy for offline tracking and updating. Once the network is restored, the POB Planner can reference the maintained documents to update things as needed in the Helipass system. If no preset/POB assignments have been changed, coming back online could be as simple as applying the trip movements missed.

These reports can also be used for historical reporting and searching through Excel. Date ranges can be set and the locations records can be searched over a large period of time.

Forecasted POB Outlook

This report can be used in numerous ways depending on how you wish to sort and filter the information.

  • Name - Be sure to type in a name for the report if you plan on saving it and scheduling it as a reoccurring email.
  • Date - The date range can be used to include all planned activity forecasted out into the future. The farther out a facility is planning, the further out this report can be useful. The date range can also be set to cover historical days. This will provide the viewer with the numbers as they actually happened on POB for the location.
  • Group Column - The selection made in the Grouping drop down will determine what is the high level grouping of the report. It can be grouped by Project, Company, Position, and more.
  • Record Column - The record column is used to determine either what the totals will count for each day, or if the individual passenger names need to be listed instead. This can assist in planning depending on what you are trying to do at the time.
  • Locations - Select the location(s) that you wish to include in the report. Generally, you should only be concerned with you location, however, if you have an associated asset on your facility, you may need to include their passengers as well.
  • Recurrence Schedule - Set a recurrence schedule for the report by selected the interval, date range you want the report to send it for, and the time of day you wish to receive it. The report will then be emailed to you for that set interval for the same sized date range configured for the report.
  • Save - Be sure to save your report as needed, especially if you plan on having it distributed on a recurring basis.
  • Run - Hitting the run drop down menu will provide the format version options available for that report. Recurring emails will send all format types at the set interval.

Future POB Assignments

The Future POB Assignments report can be used to historical and upcoming POB information. It breaks down each day in the range to show those passengers who had arriving reservations, departing reservations, or remained unchanged on the locations current onboard POB.

It will display all of the passenger's assignment information from the facilities POB. Forecasted dates will display the onboard passengers for each day as if each previous days arrivals and departures would have happened as planned. Having all of this information sent on on a nightly recurring basis could assist in the event of a network outage.

Muster and Lifeboat Counts

This report provides the expected end of day counts for the muster point and lifeboat assignments. It should help assist the POB Planner in tracking the counts that are to be applied for each one and spot check for errors. It can also be used to see historical results.

  • Date - The date range can be set to the current day for nightly emails, historically for searching back, and forward looking for planning.
  • Locations - Select the location(s) that you wish to include in the report. Generally, you should only be concerned with you location, however, if you have an associated asset on your facility, you may need to include their passengers as well.
  • Recurrence Schedule - Set a recurrence schedule for the report by selected the interval, date range you want the report to send it for, and the time of day you wish to receive it.
