POB Overview

This article will serve as a quick overview of the POB Module

Upon Navigating to the POB location in question you will be greeted with the main POB interface.

From here you will see all passengers currently assigned to your location along with any relevant information applied for each passenger

The Location drop down will allow you to quickly switch between multiple locations if needed

The Date selector will start out as "Green" indicating that we are looking at the current date/time,but it also allows you to select and switch to any date/time combination in the future or past to see the POB on that date

The Print POB option allows you to print your current POB in either PDF or Excel for posting or reviewing externally

The Print Muster Points allows you to print your current muster point information in either PDF or Excel for posting. We print each muster point on a separate sheet to allow the sheets to be posted at each muster point.

Add personnel gives you the option to manually add passengers to your POB

The Movements section will allow you to apply any movements that are occurring on the day you are looking at POB, for additional information please see POB Management - New Bulk Management

POB Summary will provide a quick overview of the POB currently on the facility

The Main portion of the POB page will display the following

Passenger photo

Passenger First, Last, and Company Name

Passenger Position

Passenger Room

Passenger Bunk

Passenger Muster Point

Passenger Project

Passenger Essential Status

Passenger Cost Code(s)

Passenger Arrival Date

Passenger Estimated Departure Date

You will also see a trash can, this will remove the passengers entry completely from POB as if they never arrived

You will also see a bubble, this allows you to put passenger notes as needed, these will be visible on any passenger that has a note

Selecting the Trash Can will completely remove a passenger travel for that trip at your location. This should only be used for passenger that may have accidentally been added to your POB, this should NEVER be used for passengers that arrived and departed.
