POB Worksheets/Workbook (POB, Muster, Lifeboat, Occupancy, Arrival/Departures List)
Overview
POB Planners have the tough job of accurately maintaining and tracking the passengers on their facility. These responsibilities include tracking the POB accurately, assigning living quarters and emergency roles to passengers, planning and executing trip movements, and many things in between.
The Work Site area offers the POB Planners various exports that can be downloaded or printed right from the page. These exports have PDF versions available while some also include CSV and Excel options. The PDF versions are meant to be placed at the various locations of the facility so the passengers on board can reference them during their stay. The other version types can be used for sorting and filtering the data in different ways and save for records.

At the top right of the Work Site page there is a blue button labeled "POB Worksheets" that provides you a drop down with the different export options.

- Associated POB - If your facility has another asset associated, like a flotel doing daily transfers, you may need to keep track of them in your exports. Choosing to associate them in the POB Report will include all passenger, regardless of their Current Location assignment.
- Essential Column - The Essential Column on the POB can be used to identify those passengers that are essential to the operations of the platform. Instead, it could also be used to identify the essential personnel in an emergency. Including the Essential Column will surface that information on the download.
- *Body & Bag Weight/Count - Including this information will display the passengers last checked in body and bag weight as well as bag count. This information can also be edited on the POB page itself if needed updating.
- *Phone Number -Selecting to include the Phone Number for passengers will display the phone number entered in each passenger's personnel profile.
