Updates to Bag Weighing Process

When passengers are checking in through the kiosk, they have an opportunity to go back in the process to redo bag count, or reweigh bags. Some passengers may not be aware that doing so will reset all bags causing the bags recently printed to be voided. We have updated the bag weighing process to ensure that any passenger attempting to go back in the process will have to get assistance from an admin to proceed. The screen below are what you can expect when this occurs.

Please be aware that after a passenger selects "Back" they will require an admin override even if they choose to cancel and continue the process.

Passengers selecting a bag count of 0 will also require an admin override, expected screen is below.
