Summer 2023 Updates

Product Updates

Check-Ins & Manifesting Updates

  • A new advanced setting has been released that allows the last known weights of a passengers to be displayed as estimated weights when that passenger is added onto a request. Prior to this, estimated weights were only available and displayed on trip reservations for passengers!
  • Red boarding passes printed at the kiosk can now be set by customer tenants to show an alternate version of the boarding pass. If selected, passengers will receive a printed sheet of paper that clearly identifies that it is not a boarding pass and the information causing the red status.
  • Passengers can now be limited to a maximum weight allowed for their combined bags on any given trip. This maximum threshold, if exceeded, will provide visibility of the issue to those managing the manifest.
  • Additional permissions have been added that allow a passenger's birthday and contact information to be hidden for specific user groups as needed.
  • In coordination with new TSA guidelines, we have updated the available report on the 12-5 page to assist with downstream integration with the TSA No Fly List document.

Offshore Kiosk (OSK) Updates

  • Offshore kiosks can now be configured to be exclusively Check-In or Check Out on the Worksite location.
  • New setting released that allows OSK tenants to set the time window that the kiosk uses when searching for passenger reservations.
  • The kiosk workflow as been updated to force each bag to be removed from the scale before allowing the passenger to weigh in each subsequent bag.

Cargo Check-In Updates

  • Cargo that is checked in via the Cargo Kiosk or Cargo Check-in in the website will now display its unique cargo ID number on the Cargo Check-in page. This is the same unique number that appears on the printed out cargo tag and will assist users in locating specific cargo items already created in the system.
  • To support the new cargo ID number, we have also added more filtering and searching options on the Cargo Check-in page. The biggest addition to these filters is having the ability to show historical checked in cargo in the list as well.

Schedule View Updates

  • The Schedule View gantt now allows users to expand or collapse the groupings that appear on the schedule.
  • New buttons added to the Create Event modal that allows users to quickly create multiple events for a single passenger, as well as the ability to create numerous events for each member in a crew.
  • When a passenger has a scheduled event that conflicts with an already scheduled Vacation/Training event, the user will be notified of the conflict for it to be addressed.
