New Trip Plan Page

Helipass' Trip page has received a major update which streamlines the page and makes relevant information more accessible while also having faster page loads. This document will overview the items coming out within the coming weeks

 

All items detailed here are currently available in production under "plan preview" in the "edit" menu of each flight

Under the new plan page you are able to do the following

  1. Clicking a passengers name will allow you to view the passengers personnel profile
  1. Clicking the passengers company name will allow you to modify the company
  1. Clicking on the destination on the passengers line will allow you to change the destination they are traveling to
  1. Clicking on the number under the bag icon will allow you to modify the number of bags a passenger has
  1. Clicking on the number to the right of the baggage icon allows you to modify the total weight of the passengers pages
  1. Clicking on the number to the right of personnel icon allows you to modify the weight of the passenger
  1. Clicking the text to the right of the tag icon allows you to modify the passengers reservation type
  1. Clicking the text to the right of the barcode icon allows you to modify the passengers cost code (clicking the plus symbol allows you to add multiple cost codes)
  1. Clicking on the passenger status (reserved/checked in) allows you to modify the status of the passenger
  1. Utilizing the checkbox next to a passenger (or multiple passengers) allows you to edit multiple passengers using the "edit selected" button
  1. Utilizing the checkbox next to a passenger (or multiple passengers) allows you to delete multiple passengers using the "delete selected" button
  1. Utilizing the checkbox next to a passenger (or multiple passengers) allows you to transfer multiple passengers using the "transfer selected" button
  1. Clicking on the eye icon allows you to view the passengers reservation status

Warnings will now appear in the top section with information on how to resolve them

Clicking on the icon on a trip will show you any warnings that are present as well
