Worksite Users - Our team has successfully addressed an issue related to the Arrival Sheet Notes section. The issue some users experienced was the Arrival Sheet printout did not match the information that was configured in the Asset Configuration Management modal.

The issue, which was being triggered by saving the modal multiple times in between edits, has been tracked down and resolved by the development team. Now, your Arrival Sheets will accurately reflect the information entered in the Notes section, providing you with a dependable tool for streamlined communication and planning.

Another issue was also being triggered when an Arrival Sheet was printed for a passenger for a location that had nothing in the Notice section of the Arrival Sheet Notes section. This issue has also been fixed and released.

Reservation Planning Users - Every night, Helipass performs a batch refresh for all passengers with upcoming reservations, ensuring their compliance is checked and their status is accurately updated as they approach their check in. However, we identified a bug that was causing some users to experience issues with this crucial process.

We're pleased to announce that our dedicated team has swiftly addressed this issue, and the nightly batch refresh for passenger reservation statuses has been fixed. You can now expect this automated process to work seamlessly, providing you with real-time updates on passenger compliance and reservation statuses.

Kiosk Users -  We recently identified an issue that affected locations with no abbreviation entered, causing printing errors in certain cases. We want to assure you that our development team has swiftly responded to this challenge. The code has been thoroughly reviewed and updated to address the specific scenarios where locations lacked abbreviations.

For Helipass tenants utilizing the location abbreviation bag tag workflow, this fix ensures a seamless and error-free experience when printing bag tags.

Did you know?

Did you know that you can configure default assignments for the passengers on your Worksite location?

Passengers that have regular rotations for a Worksite location are likely to also have assignments, such as bunk or ICS Roles, that they are always assigned to. Helipass offers Worksite users the ability to manage POB passengers and designate defaulted assignments for them.

Once a passengers' defaulted assignments are set, they will default to those same assignments for every future reservation that is created! Setting defaults will drastically speed up time and help you focus on the non-core passengers while swiftly managing your core passengers.
